Returns & Exchanges

Hey bestie! We want you to love every single thing you receive from Ray&Brooke! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help! We're here to make returns easy as possible all while keeping things fair for everyone. 

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, free of deodrant stains, no perfume/cologne, and in original condition with tags attached. I mean, if you keep it 14 days then it was just meant to be!

How to Start a Return Email us at ckdnkz2hd9@privaterelay.appleid.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps. (Don't worry, this is my personal email and it is set to private, so this is how it shows up!) 😊

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Be patient bestie!

Exchanges We don't accept direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item that didn't work out and place a new order for the correct item. 

Non-Returnable Items Sale/Clearance items, jewelry&accessories-including purses (because of hygiene), and intimates(bras, bralettes, and undies), and squishes/toys cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your item is received damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of receiving it. After that- it's yours bestie! In your email, include a photo of the damaged item and the order number. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
